Participants of Managerial Personnel Reserve of the Republic of Karelia Completed their Training

On 20 December, 2017 certificates of professional qualification development were given to the managerial personnel reserve of the Republic of Karelia in the Government of the Republic of Karelia. 20 people received training on additional professional development training program "Improving personal and professional competencies of a manager in public authorities" in the period from 20 November to 10 December, 2017 in the Karelian branch of RANEPA.

The educational program, annually implemented in the Karelian branch of RANEPA since 2014, is diverse, consisting not only of theoretical disciplines, but also trainings. Due to the fact that some of the participants live outside of Petrozavodsk, the training program includes elements of distance learning technologies. Such topics as "Fundamentals of legislation, regulating civil service of the Russian Federation, municipal service of the Russian Federation, principles of labour legislation", "The basics of administrative activities of modern managers", "The use of tools of project management in public authorities", "Information and communication technologies in the system of state and municipal management" and a number of other issues were studied by the program participants.

The documents on the training of reservists were given to the program participants by Ms Ignatyeva, Deputy Head of the Republic of Karelia and Head of Administration of Head of the Republic of Karelia, by Mr  Lyubarsky, Deputy Head of the Republic of Karelia on domestic policy, and by Dr Pivnenko,  Director of the Karelian branch of RANEPA.
